Assembly Learning Grant, Better facilities in schools etc. When I moved from Swansea to Merseyside. I noticed that there was a huge change in the quality of the educational institutions. Now at first I just thought that it was a problem confined to the Merseyside. Now I wonder if the Welsh Assembly actually has more money to spend and just how it has?
