Is 9-11 Truth being censored on this website

Posted by BrianH on Monday, 19 February 2007 14:15:06

I note there was an article posted this morning which was voted number one on WebCameron with 14 votes. Then it vanished. The article posted was from Alex Jones's website prisonplanet.com and was entitled: BBC vs 9/11 Truth: The Smear Continues
Link: http://www.prisonplanet.com/articles/february2007/180207smearcontinues.htm
Why would the moderators here censor a free vote and free speech in this way?
Also why are many comments posted in the blog removed by the moderators? I posted a link to www.worldreports.org and this comment was removed. The research posted there is highly critical of the Bush Administration.

actually the webcameron team received a complaint about bad language on the board and are cracking down on 'potty mouthed' comments from everybody. Be polite and you won't be censored. They're being really strict...

Surely not Stu? May I ask how you know this? Are you 'one of them'?

Yes Kosmos, you are being politically correct. The key is politeness, but some bad words drop into the flow of conversation, but I agree they look ugly on paper, so a star or three is appropriate. But don't make it an issue plse. :-)

I did see one very lengthy post and I am assuming it is the one being referred to here. It was a huge 'cut and paste' and that would be why it was removed. There wasn't even a question.

Might I suggest that the people on this site who keep asking questions about 11th September instead focus their attention on the government's petitions website. Cameron is powerless and cannot launch an enquiry, whereas if you managed to gain significant numbers signing up for your petition, it would put pressure on the government to act, as is currently happening with road congestion charges. Besides, it would give other WebCameron users some much-needed respite from your repetitious rantings.

The petitions website is to be found at: http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/

There already is a "quest for truth" petition (38 signatures so far): http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/WTC-Attacks/#detail

Go on, get signing. Good luck and good riddance.

lol Tizzy, I may have some indirect contact with the 'powers that be'

Through a proxy, of course

:-D

Scrubs, it honestly wasn't me that complained, I'm just letting you know...

I for one am sick to the back teeth of these 9/11 posts - hardly a day goes by without one coming up. Why is David Cameron's website in particular being targeted? Why not some other politician?? Well done admin for showing such common sense.

Because i'm utterly fed up with subject and its repeated posts to be honest...

I completely agree.

There are already many website forms out there on which 911 can and is being discussed and if all of these other forums, with all their passionate members and diverse resources have not found a way to find the answers you are looking for then I cannot see that DC is going to be the one person who achieves this for you.

As Svengali rightly states, week after week interesting questions have slipped out of contention because of the same old 911 probe being asked over and over again. Questions that would help people to draw their own conclusions on whether DC's proposals on core issues are something they believe in, want to see and would vote for. How can you build up a country to take an interest in politics if all they see when they log on each week is the same old question.

Even a cow chews the same piece of cud for less time than these questions have been regurgitated. Please ask something else for a change that will make us sit up and think instead of sigh and log off.

It was me who posted the article and i can confirm that it has been removed from my blogs.

Censorship in it's finest form. Vote for this article! The fact that the truth about 9/11 is being discussed alot on this site shouldn't be a reason to censor it...it is THE most serious issue that can possibly be discussed here.

The discussion of the killings of thousands of innocent people is not something that you should "get bored of" and simply delete.

I think THIS post should be deleted.

I noticed this too; silent censorship like this is appalling.

I think that when the moderators take actions to delete a thread they should give reasons. (See http://petitions.pm.gov for an example of how this could work )

webcameronator

Posts can be removed for these reasons (from the FAQ):

Abusive, threatening, obscene, or offensive material
Posts which are libelous or defamatory
Multiple postings (includes reposting your own content or reposting someone else’s)
Advertisements of commercial products
Copyrighted material
Reposting entire articles/blog posts from other sources
Impersonation of someone else, including other users

I would expect the entry in question was so long that it was assumed to be a reposting of an entire article from another source. If it wasn't, try contacting them with the contact page at https://www.webcameron.org.uk/page/contact or emailing the webmasters. The censorship policy is available in full on the FAQ page ( https://www.webcameron.org.uk/page/faq ) Site suggestions can be sent to webcameronfeedback(at)googlemail(dot)com if you want to give specific ideas. Also, there's a forum for talking about things you'd like to see on webcameron http://webcameron.informe.com/webcameron-discussion-rejects-reply-df6.html

I hope this helps...

this is what i posted in the previous blog that has been removed:

-----------------
For those who ask why this topic gets asked each week: until we are not involved in an illegal war where our soldiers are dying, or having our liberties taken away in the name of "terrorism" then this question/topic is of the utmost importance and validity.

So until Cameron actually addresses the real issues of that day, rather than just reeling of the standard line, it will not go away. That is not the same as saying we expect him to come the same conclusions - but just not to shy away from the glaring anomalies...

i.e would he be willing to meet representatives of the movement here in UK?

---------------

as for censorship on webcameron, the moderator(s) have blatently been breifed to remove posts/blogs, and coincidentally it seems to be a large number of those posting about 911 that seem to be the ones to be removed.
However blatent racism/religious hatred seems to be perfectly fine: read the comments by TonyTT and covas -
https://www.webcameron.org.uk/blogs/2473#comments
in the same thread my post was deleted for using the naughtier word for pooh.. i mean c'mon mods!!!!!!

Although this one in question would fall under enitre blog/post from another site.. must be sure to make a valid question - not like there aren't enough :-)

Koz if you got someone on the inside (cough..) - i recomend you advise them to stop it; as having just won the award for most inovating thing in politics this yr from C4's political awards, it doesn't look very good.

I can confirm that tobias's question regarding the BBC documentary regarding 911 because my post was the first comment after his question. For those of you who don't understand the importance of what the 911 question it's this. If david cameron believes the official story about terrorist and the events that happend then if/when he comes to power in 2009 he will be vindicated in continuing the police state were are being pushed towards. Whenever the population complain about ID cards, car tracking satellite taxation systems, police DNA databases. He will say it is all needed to protect us from terrorists.

if he is willing to see the anomilies in the whole 9/11 event, maybe, just maybe we will have a chance of getting rid of these systems that will be very nearly complete, setup and working by 2009.

Tobias..what was the question ? As far as i could see it was article about a documentary last night. But what was your question to DC ?
