You could write to him at the House of Commons, and ask whether it would be possible for the opportunity to meet him. His secretary might just give you a list of his public appearances!

There's a competition on the other site - if you fill in all the questionnaires you get a chance to meet him.

Well Canvas is right again! Why not just get on and use this forum? BUT... it seems to be a fact that there's no gurantee DC will read your splurge let alone answer it. I always live in hope.
