The topics I have raised here seem trivial in comparision with this one. It is a topic not one of us knows much about, those who do can't talk about it, they are sworn to secrecy.
The lawyers and the judges.
I have read that the European Court of Human Rights has condemned this country for abducting babies at birth. In this country children are forcibly adopted. A child in effect has no rights.
The counter arguement is that there is a reason, the parents are abusive. In some cases of course there is a good reason, but from what I know now this system is being abused, children are being adopted for very little reason, because the mother has learning difficulties. Often the parents are guilty of nothing, as in the Websters case.
I'm sure someone will argue with me, but even the government knows nothing about what's going on in the family courts, so how can they? One accident in the house, and the children can be whisked away. Neither does there have to be one, there is emotional abuse, I don't doubt this exsists, but anything can be called that these days.
Will DC do anything about this, why are children abducted at birth? Put with foster parents? Instead of both mother and child going into a residental unit?
The Tory party does go on about there being too many human rights in this country, but in fact a child who is too young to speak for itself has no rights in this country vis a vis the 'government.' |
