Scrapping the planned mileage tax- the PM's Petition

Hello David,

Just another question for you to ponder (I'll keep this one short and sweet).

As of this post, 328,362 eligible citizens have signed a petition on the PM's e-Petition site asking the PM to scrap the proposed road travel/ mileage tax, on the basis that it is overly invasive in its use of technology and prohibitively expensive.

328,362 (and counting- that number has risen very sharply in the past two weeks) is a HUGELY SIGNIFICANT number of people for an online petition (particularly one with such strict criteria for eligibility). These are very concerned individuals who will have an impact at the ballot box.

Will you be signing the petition with them, David?
