Admins deleting posts?

Posted by rennie on Monday, 19 February 2007 13:52:20

I could have sworn that there was another 9/11 question on the top of the list that just got deleted. Is Dave getting fed up with us constantly bringing up this issue that he has told the admins to abuse their power and delete questions that he doesnt like? Sounds like Authoritarian Blair to me. Shame on you Dave.

Yes, I noticed it when I came back to look at my question which was number one. When I voted for the BBC vs 911 question it knocked my question off the number one slot - not forgetable.

Perhaps Mr. Cameron's inability to answer any of the previous 9/11 questions satisfactorily has something to do with it. It seems to me that he just ducks and hopes the issue will go away.

And anybody who needs to hire thugs, whether they be suited bouncers or geeky webmasters, to shield them from awkwardness is unworthy of public office.

Yeah it was deleted, and I also had left a link in there in my comment on how to complain about the BBC programme seen as they made 2 and are only showing 1 of them. The Hit Piece!

Some of us are getting sick of people posting these 9/11 posts on webcameron. Why is David Cameron's website being targeted in particular? How about some other politician?

No not spam but a copy of the question removed from this site by the moderators it was originaly posted by tobias. Seeing as this question relates to the removal of the question I've posted as a comment I thought it would be relevant to the question "Admins deleting posts"

There are plenty of serious issues to debate here, let's not get sidetracked by this 9/11 conspiracy nonsense. We've got plenty of things to accuse Blair of, without making anything up. (Yes, I have seen the conspiracy video. No, it isn't convincing. See the various rebuttals that are on the Internet, especially the Popular Mechanics one.)

One of the worst mistakes to make when debating is to overstate your case. Concentrate on the real issues about 9/11, such as the non-existent link to Saddam Hussein. Robin Cook was a very effective opponent of the Iraq war because he understood this. I imagine he was quite upset by the way Blair's government developed, but he never showed it. He always seemed so moderate and reasonable that it was almost impossible to disagree with anything he said...
